Delete all ID Tags with Windows context menu

First of all, excuse me for my English. One task I do a lot is removing meta tags from my mp3 files manually.

1) Right click files >> edit ID Tags
2) Clear all tags
3) Delete the existing art with [x]

Is there a way to create a command to do this task and add it to the Windows context menu to do the whole process in one step?

I would do this with BatchConverter and IDtag Update.
