Convert To is missing from the context menu

I use dBpoweramp a lot. Since the latest update the item Convert To is missing from the context menu in Total Commander and in Windows 11 (I use the old context menu). How can I get it back?

I created an account just to post the same error. I created a virtualised Win10 instance to be able to do it! ;-)

I can reproduce phegi's problem in my local Windows 11 Pro for Workstations.
