I recently reformatted and had to re-download db music converter and am getting problems.
I am getting an error box that says:
"The Codec required to decompress (filepath) could not be opened. ACM Codec not installed. "Unknown 353:
Can somebody help please

You need a ACM wave codec that can decode the ACM type 353 (don't have a clue what 353 is though).
