    Encrypted .wma

Hi, I bought and downloaded a music file which came in .wma format but I need to convert it to something my video editor will read. dBpowerAMP says "file...is encrypted..not able to decode". Is there a fix available for any other software that could to the job ? Thanks.

You have to play it in Windows Media Player so that it will get a licence to allow you to play the file (if you legally bought it that is). Also, the only way I know of that will allow you to change it to another format is to burn it to an Audio CD and then rip that CD
