I still get the error message " to convert the audio file WMA, a proper codec must be installed." after I've already installed the WMA codecs from codec central. What can I do? :(

Run dMC Configuration, it will tell if the WMA codec is installed correctly.

How do I run the dmc configuration? I see it in the start program window.

start-->programes-->dbpowramp music converter-->configuration-->dmc configuration
you will see a list of installed codecs. make sure yours is listed.
