customizing vbr switches for lame

Is it possible to set your own custom vbr switches for Lame? I want to encode using the following switches:

--id3v1-only
-m j
--alt-preset fast standard
-v
-q 2

I realize that most of these can be set using the standard options, but I'd really like to be able to use the fast switch.
