need md5 codec

I went to codec central, and DB wont let me continue without getting a .md5 codec...please help

You have a .md5 file and when you convert is says that there might be a codec in Codec central?

MD5 is not an audio file.

well then, i got the concert from www.antsmarching.org

they are sfnh files i believe, and for some reason it asks me for an MD5 codec, and when i just click no the program closes
