QAAC 2.75 update-do it yourself

Hello everyone, it's time to update to QAAC 2.75. files are located windows / Program files / dbpoweramp / encoder / m4a QAAC iTunes. Deletes libsoxconvolver64.dll
libsoxr64.dll
qaac64.exe
replace refalac64.exe with the same files.

Fixed v2.74 regression: invalid mChannelLayoutTag was written in chan chunk. Revert ALACEncoder.{cpp,h} to the previous implementation.
