from .rma to mp3

I installed DB PowerAmp music converter and after the codec dBpowerAMP-codec-ra and dbpoweramp-encoder-ra; I tried a conversion and was all good.
After that I installed DBPowerAmp player.
When I tried to convert newly the *same* file I obtained this error message: The CODEC required to decompress 'C:\DOWNLOAD\sanmarco.ra' could not be opened.
That file is not in use by another program, is not read-only.
I uninstalled all DBPowerAmp programs and codecs restart computer, and re-installed only DBPowerAmp music converter with the exact codecs.
I obtained the *same* result.
Anybody can help me?

I undertood the problenm.
I uninstalled the Real Player.
The rma codec help tell that fo the use of that codec is necessary that the "Real Audio support files have to be first installed" and that the easiest way to make that is to install real player.
I don't want install Real Player, how I can use that rma codec?

You need real player to install the drivers.
