What does registration provide?

I would like to register, but nowhere on your site could i find weather or not you must be registered to use the "Tag From Filename" add-on. Would you please clear that up for me, i really need to use that add on to keep my media library organized. I installed the add on, aswell as restarted, but it does not show up in explorer or 'File Selector'. Does that mean i have to register my 'Power Pack' to use it? Is the 'Power Pack' register different from the 'Music Converter' register, or can i still get a registered version of that too, if i register one?

That one does require the power pack, to get at it you need to select files >> right click >> Convert To then select [Tag from Filename]
