# of songs

I'm new to the mp3 world and would like to ask a question. (Hopefully not to stupid) How many songs can you fit on a cd in mp3 format? The reason I ask is that I was told that you could put atleast 3x as many as if you were just burning a normal cd.

If your mp3s are 128Kbps then 10x as many.
