Dsp effect "Write silence" does not write milliseconds as described in help

I wanted to batch process some files of mine and put exactly 25ms in front and at the end of each file with the dsp effect "write silence" as described here: https://www.dbpoweramp.com/Help/dMC/...*Write_Silence.

When I set it to "00.00.25" it adds 25 seconds instead of 25 milliseconds - what am I doing wrong?

Using Windows or OS X?

On Windows there is a specific box for ms, a box for seconds and one for minutes.
