Conversion issues after using PerfectTunes ID Tags

Hello,

If I'm editing Tags of files and after that I convert them with Music Converter I have lot of error messages at the end. For exemple here I'm trying to convert FLAC files into Apple Lossless and these are the error messages I have at the end:

And if I'm trying to convert the FLAC files into Apple Lossless without editing the tags of the FLAC files with ID Tags, I have no issue at the end of the conversion. So I suppose ID Tags modifies something in the files that Music Convert doesn't like but don't know what.
I have the latest version of dBpoweramp and PerfectTUNES on macOS Monterey 12.0.1.

What created those FLAC files? normally FLAC files have inbuilt md5 checksums, however yours do not, so there is no certain way to know if the FLAC files are corrupted.

Within the flac file is a header which says how many samples (length) the track is, when dBpoweramp has decoded the track, the length is less than reported in the header, it is likely those files are corrupted.

This on is for certain a corrupted flac file, the header is missing.

I haven't created the FLAC of my first post so I retried with a CD I just ripped to be sure.

After that I tried to convert these FLAC files into Apple Lossless with Music Converter and it was successful, no error message at the end.
After that I edited some tags into ID Tags (changing the genre and added a comment) in the FLAC files and I tried to convert the FLAC with edited tags into Apple Lossless with Music Converter and again I have errors at the end:

Where ever you are writing to, the files are corrupted. The location is a network drive? or local drive?

Where ever you are writing to, the files are corrupted. The location is a network drive? or local drive?

It is a network drive, my NAS Synology.

Forgive the obvious question, but what tool did you use for editing the tags? It seems possible that this step could have introduced the error.
I use MP3Tag for this purpose (with FLAC files from dBpoweramp) and I have never had issues with subsequent codec conversions including from FLAC to Apple Lossless.

Rip to your local ssd drive, then try the conversion.

Sorry for the delay to answer. So I did a new rip of the CD on my SSD drive of iMac and did a conversion without any issue. In second test, I tried to edit the Tags of the FLAC files ripped from the CD and after that I did a conversion into ALAC without any issue too. So the issue seems doing it from my NAS drives instead of local SSD that could introduce some issues to the files when edition the tags. Thanks for your help and answers. I configure tools to do on SSD and will see in the future if it continues to work as expected without any issue.

To edit my tags I'm using the tags editor from PerfectTunes developed by illustrate too, as dbPoweramp. So it seems the issue is more related to using my NAS directly instead of local SSD drive to rip the CD, update tags and convert when needed.
