How to get dBp to respect carriage return in Pop-up Information Tips

I've recently upgraded from R14.2 to R17.4. How can I get pop-up info like this in the comment field



to respect carriage return? 14.2 used to do it, and other current programs do (iTunes, foobar2000, mp3tag). I've tried changing the Maximum Line Length, but that has no effect. Thanks.
