cannot install purchased software

how can I get help with installing purchased software? i used the trial 17.4 dbpoweramp cd ripper on windows 10 and am now being told that it is not supported after paying for it. Who can help?

just wanted to update i was able to install the software after some trial and error. I am all good now. no need for support.
