    folder switching while using sveta

    As I put files onto my mp3 player, is it possible to change the directory that my music was in?

    Such as:
    C:/music/Cranberies-empty.mp3

    :::put onto mp3 player:::

    C:/music/OnPlayer/Cranberies-empty.mp3

    thanks for any help!

          You want to put the audio in folders on the iPod? or in folders ready to go to the iPod?

            Re: folder switching while using sveta

            I wanted to switch the folder that my files were in on my computer as they were put onto the ipod. I'm not all that worried (yet) about where on the ipod the music goes, so long as it gets there.

            Sort of like, "in folders ready to go to the iPod", except that's where they already are on my computer. What I really want is, as they're loaded to the ipod I want them to be moved on my computer (to a different folder) so that my ipod no longer see's them(and puts them on again, creating instances of multiple songs).

            I've seen the option that I can delete them as they're put on... so I just thought that I could move the folder as they go on instead of deleting.
            I guess I could restore them to a new folder from the recycle bin after they've been "deleted" during the transition, but hey, always look for a shorter route before making life harder fo yourself.

            P.S. Sorry I didn't realize that there was a sveta forum... next time I'll be sure to post in there.

              If you are using Sveta, you are able to convert the files direct to the iPod, but you later don't want the same files to be uploaded? in that case get dBpowerAMP Audio Player, add your audio files to 'My Music Collection' then Collection >> Synchronize. (you need the latest dAP beta from the beta section on this forum).
