Problem converting from FLAC to MP3

I have not had much experience with this program, I was wondering if some one can help me ?
I got some FLAC files I need to convert to MP3, I downloaded the codec needed, tried to convert from Flac to Mp3 with no sucess. It tells me " Activate.flac' could not be opened"
Not sure where to go from here. Any help you can give me I would thank you very much.

This is what it tells me when I right click and try and convert to MP3lame

The CODEC required to decompress 'C:\Documents and Settings\Owner\Desktop\Downloads\Techmaster P.E.B. - Bass Computer 2000 Ltd. Gold Edition\01 - Techmaster P.E.B. - Activate.flac' could not be opened

I have even tried other converters as well, I am starting to think I may have a bad set of files. Altho I have had 0 experence with Flac.

I can't converte anymore from Real Audio [Formats .ra, .ram, .rm] to mp3 "lame" I get this message"CODEC required to decompress '.ram' could not be opened" thanx for your help

For the FLAC guy, it does sound like bad flac files.

For the RAM guy, make sure that audio has been downloaded to the PC and is not on the internet (some RAM files are just little playlist files).
