Music Convertor .exe has encountered a problem and has to close?

MusicConverter.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
I'm trying to convert a Wav....
I wanted to change the settings of my wav to 20bit 11,025kbp
I right click the file, and convert to Wav, and it comes up with this Error...
Please help, someone tell me what I need...
I've tried to convert it with different converters also, and nothing comes up... and I've tried changing the Extention also, and nothing helps..
