Used CD Ripper to get mp3 files from my audiobook CD. How do I convert to 1 m4b?

When I use the converter defaults, I get an M4B file for every MP3 file. I would like to convert them to a single audiobook file.

Also, the tracks are out of order.

Any tips on how to efficiently rip audiobook CD's to M4B will be appreciated.

Click the green options button in CD Ripper >> Rip as One
