When I load disc I get no metadata from internet

I've been with dBPoweramp a long time. I have not used the application in years. My internet service and/or settings have not changed. I am on a macbook. Recently I tried to rip a CD, and unable to retrieve any metadata from the internet. I changed no settings, I double checked my settings. Something is wrong.

Disregard my previous post. Installed latest version (trial period) and latest version functions correctly. No secure rip with trail version, just burst rip til registered with new version. So much for secure rip with my old license )c:
