if i install "ACD mPower Tools" not works in audio files rigth click "convert to".

"dbpoweramp" convert audiofiles formats with menu cotext,
"ACD mPower Tools" convert images formats with menu cotext,

if i install "ACD mPower Tools" dbpoweramp not works.
although the culprit is ACM not dbpoweramp.

exists some other program like dbpoweramp but for images?

Try installing dMC after ACD.
