Unable to enable utility codeccs in Big Sur with 17.4 release

Hi, I want to enable length split, but I don't know how, I can't find the option in the converter page.
The help site says to go into converter tab and it should be there but it isn't.

In R17.x they are always enabled, in the encoder drop list look at the end of the list.

Ah yeah thanks, I didn't think to check the converter format instead the ADD DSp to look for split audio there. thx.
