Tag problem during conversion

I like the songs from some asian countries, so most of my songs' tags are written with 2-byte language.
However dmc release 10 does not move the tag information correctly during conversion (mp3 wo ogg, ogg to wma, etc)
dmc realease 9 DOES! Only release 10 DOESN'T.
Please correct this problem.
My songs which have 2-byte written tags are converted well, but the tags are all broken! I cannot express it but 'broken'.

See the sticky at the top of this forum, you need to download the r9 mp3 dll.
