Help Me Please

my converter was working just fine, and then after installing some new virus scan software and defreagging, suddenly after every conversion, i get a message that says illegal operation performed, program will shut down. if i click on the details info, i get this:

what is the problem? i have uninstalled and reinstalled several times etc. nothing will fix it!

MCHOOK.DLL I don't think that is one of my Dlls, try this - reboot, change into C:\Program Files\Illustrate

and delete the dBpowerAMP folder, then reinstall.
