Music Converter malfunction with Mac

Hi, I use Music Converter with Mac, I try to convert a bunch of mp3 files by applying 2 filters. TRIM SILENCE and VOLUME NORMALIZE, but the conversion speed does not go beyond 2.5!
How can I solve? Thank you

You are converting from mp3 to mp3 and applying those filters?

without any filter and converting from mp3 to mp3, changing only the bitrate value, it is very fast

Do you mean that conversion speed does not go beyond 2.5x ?
Does the conversion finish correctly and with correct output?
Which version of dBpoweramp for Mac are you using? R17.3, R17.4 or other?
What version of Mac OS are you running (Mojave? Catalina? Big Sur?)

i am using version 17.4 of DBPOWERAMP
with Mac I use Big Sur, conversion to 2.5 speed is successful

As a test remove those 2 DSP effects and add a single effect 'Force non-live', then try the conversion, what is the speed?

By removing the 2 reported effects and adding Force non-live the speed is almost 100x. But the question is: how can I go at this speed by applying the 2 effects that are needed? Thank you

Try with each effect on its own, which is the one causing the slowdown?

the effect that causes the problem is VOLUME NORMALIZE which I use with the following specifications:

Type: ADPTIVE (PEAK TO PEAK)
Window Length: 1,000 ms
Desired Volume: -1 db
Maximum Amplification: x15

I tried to process the files with the Force effect - not live but also with this procedure it is always very slow
