Bulk conversion of wav to flac no id tags or art are showing

I downloaded the R17.3 fow win 10 audio converter and did a bulk conversion of .wav to .flac of approx. 3000+ songs. It did the job fast but not id tags and art that was attached to the .wav files are not showing in file explorer in Win 10. Then "converting window" froze and can not close it down. Thanks for any help.

You convert wave to flac and the is tags which are in the wave file do not show in the flac file?
