WMA to MP3 - Setting BitRate

Last year I archived my entire CD collection to hard disk in .wma format. Now I'm converting to mp3 so I can burn to CD-R and play on my new car stereo. However, the stereo only supports bitrates up to 192kbps.

In advanced options I am selecting I am using a quality preset of CD, and back on the main page it shows a BR of 192kbps, however, when converting, some files end up with a higher bitrate, up to 765 kbps.

How can I force conversion at 128?

    Thanks,
    B.

You cannot use any of the presets as they are all nearly VBR. Try just CBR with 160 as the maximum.
