Crashes when trying to set up my proxy connection

I want to connect to freedb and I know I'm using a proxy, but I can't set this up because dMC crashes every time I click on Options>>freedb server>>Select...

Any ideas why? I'm using 2000 and can connect through my proxy in other programs such as CDex, Media Player etc...

Try setting it up with not connected to the internet. (it tries to connect on that page to ask freedb for its servers).
