music converter with multiple useres?

hi there,
we ar a nonprofit-radiostation in swaziland/afrika.
we searched for a converting program and db.. is the best we found.
the only problem is, that it only works for a person with admin rights. so it seems.
on one of our nt4 machines it won't work for an average user. but they have to use it too!
is there a way to solve this. or do i have to give them full access on the local machine?

I already read this faq, but it din't make any difference to the problem.

maybe i should give you more information...

when i open music converter, i can choose a file to convert. and as soon as i choose a file it crashes...

this is the error message:

it doesn't matter...
mp2 to wave
wave to mp2
wave to mp3...

it works only for users with admin rights...
any user without admin rights .... won't work.
error see last post.

Nothing to do with ASPI.

How are you running the conversion? right click on a file >> convert to, or Start >> programs >> dbpoweramp music converter >> dbpoweramp music converter

Also try converting through the file selector addon.
