    OGG vs. Mp4/AAC

I'm soon going to encode my entire cd collection(about 100 cds) to my pc, but first I got some questions :teufel5: What is the differens between Mp4 and AAC when you encode in dMC?

And I'm thinking about using OGG Vorbis or AAC. Can anybody help me?
What are good things about them?
What are bad things about them?
    What is best?

    ThanX for all help.

The AAC file is put into a mp4 container, which is better for seeking / tagging.

Ogg & AAC are quite similar quality wise (if compared against mp3), so your choice might be if you have a protable player (mp4 for iPod, or Ogg for Rio Karma).

As spoon said Ogg & AAC are very similar quality wise, if you are just wanting to playback on your PC then Musepack is the best quality lossy foormat.
