    Opus conversion problem.

I have a file which both MediaInfo and VLC say is an Opus file. VLC can play it without any problems. However, dBpoweramp will not convert it. I have tried converting to wave, flac and Apple Lossless. Each time, dBpoweramp looks as if it is converting, but the conversion process finishes almost instantaneously and gives the message "Completed in ... 0.0x Encoding speed". No file is produced.
I am using dBpoweramp 17.2 64 bit, and Windows 10 64 (home). XMedia Recode is able to convert it, but I do not trust the quality of that software as much as I do dBpoweramp.

Try renaming the source to .ogg

I renamed it to .ogg, but get the following error message: Error converting to Wave, Unsupported file format. [clDecoder_Ogg::Open]

The person in this instance did not have an opus file, it was a different file type with the wrong extension.

I think my file is an opus file, according to MusicBee and VLC. Here is a download link: https://we.tl/t-sQs95XoRGL

I appreciate the help! I have a few files giving me this problem and a solution would be great.
