Cant rip from a new DVD drive

I have tried to rip a CD from a new plug in DVD drive and get the following error message, can anybody help

Error ripping to m4a QAAC (iTunes), 'Track 1' to 'C:\Users\Gary Marinko\Music\Joan Shelley\Joan Shelley\01 Joan Shelley - We'd Be Home.m4a'

Try using the built in m4a (fdk aac) encoder.
