hi, i have a Sony NW-A45 walkman and his volume is too low, I thinking in raise volume of my flac files instead of buying a headphone amp, what is the best way to do this in "volume normalization"? what is the max db can i put in fixed amplification without clipping?

Depends on the song, some songs are already at clipping so cannot be increased. Have to look at the effect 'Dynamic range compression' which might be better.
