R17.1 Windows Explorer W10 integration not working

Hello,
I have an issue with Music Converter integration into Windows Explorer. The context "right click" menu command "Convert To" does not work. Just the program icon appears at the bottom taskbar with flashing background but no action. "Edit ID Tags" context menu command seems to work properly.
Running latest Windows 10 and freshly bought R 17.1. I have also tried to uninstall dbpoweramp, reboot, switch off the antivirus and fresh reinstall. No success.
Any advice? All the previous installments of dbpoweramp worked seamlessly for me.

This suggests the program is offscreen. Do you run a window manager program? or 3rd party file explorer?

Hi,

Yes I prefer using 3rd party file explorer (Altap Salamander) over default windows manager. All prevous versions of that explorer worked just fine with previous versions of dbpoweramp.

I think the problem is solved... hopefully. I have just abandoned Altap Salamander and start using other file manager. So far everything works.

Hi, I have been using the converter for years but now have also found that the batch converter on right click no longer works (worked fine a couple of weeks ago! Right clicking for ID tags is fine. I have no additional desktop tools installed. Any ideas what may have gone wrong?

Try to disable it and see it that is the cause.

I have tried disabling MacAfee and also reinstalling dBpoweramp but right clicking and selecting batch convert brings up nothing. However, when I look at task manager I see a dBpoweramp process which I cannot kill

Hi Spoon, just checked. "dBpoweramp Batch Converter" is what appears in task manager as a background process.
