Problem conversion mp3 to wav

Hello,I had the 9.0 version and now the 10.0 en still have the same problem when turning an mp3 to an wav file.
After conversion i compared the two files with Winamp and the converted file as lost some frequencies.the highest frequencies have been eliminated.
How come?? is it because i am using the free version?

Convert to a uncompressed wave file?

It is nothing to do with the free version.

Yes ( right click on mp3 file, convert to, converting 1 file to wave , 16 bits, 44100 hz, 2 stereo cd and NO volume normalize. )

After listening and looking to the spectrum analyser on winamp2.80 its seems different to me.

Proabbly the differences between the mp3 decoders, I hope to release a MAD and mpg123 codec option when I get chance.
