File Read Error - Version 17.0

I just installed, uninstalled, and re-installed my registered version of dMC-17.0. All previous versions were working fine.

Now, when I attempt to convert a wav file to MP3 via "Music Converter," I get the following "File Read Error":

Unable to open C:\Program Files\dBpoweramp\encoder\m4b(Audio Book)\encoder.txt

Again, the previous version of Music Converter worked fine on this same Windows 10 system; thank you.
