Its converting realtime, can you change that.
If you choose 128kbps, it takes 45min to convert a cd and if you take a lower bitrate, than is the music quality bad.
What can I do.

Try ripping to 'Test Conversion' it should rip at faster than x5 depending upon your CD drive.
