I'm sorry not to be able to help you! I have a similar problem: I've used the NET MD walkman to record a conversation and when I tried to upload the data to my PC I get error messages. The MD software recognizes the data on disk, but does not succeed in transfering it.
Please, help us!

I think that the only solution is to connect the output of your MD walkman to the line-in socket on your PC and use software to record it.
