I would like to clarify two questions please
first the dBpoweramp Music Converter R17.0 can't you separate files from a cue file?
second I converted a flac the same file to CBR 320 kbps with the advanced option defalt and another with the option q9 fasttest low quality
with the conversion q9 fasttest low quality get better than with defalt ou q0 why?

Lossy codecs do not work that way, the better the sounding can be very different to the original sound plot, that is the codec doing the work, it removes frequencies you cannot hear (because of sounds played on other frequencies at the same time) to improve quality based on bit rate.

You do not listen to audio with your eyes.

Dbpoweramp cannot split cue sheets.

I partially understand your answer
logical that is not audible to the human ear
but what is certain is that it gets better frequencies defalt

First question maybe in new versions it is possible I expect
I wouldn't have to use Medieval CUE Splitter

foobar2000 can read your cue files and convert to separate tracks. As spoon notes you are misinterpreting how lossy codecs work by trying to compare quality with the frequency graphs. It simply doesn't work that way.
