    Slows down Windows Explorer

    I am evaluatig ddpoweramp 17

Is there a way to use ddpoweramp without Windows Explorer integration ?

I don't like the inegration because it consumes my system memory and slows down my Windows Explorer.

Is there a standalone ddpoweramp converter I can use whenever I need to ? I don't need it to be always active in the background and let it consume my computer resources ?

Run dBpoweramp Control Centre >> Advanced Configuration, there you can turn off the shell integration.

Thanks spoon I was able to hide the menus and popups that stressed me up. Can I also remove the components from explorer memory ? I can still see the dbpowerAmp dll files are loaded in the explorer process they show up in the process manager and they eat my memory usage too much.

If you uncheck all the options then restart windows, no components will be loaded into explorer.
