QAAC is only encoding half of the file

Every He-AAC encoder I have tried with various frontends are giving me this problem. The files from flac, wav or mp3 end up the same. Cuts off halfway through my file. Tested on LC-AAC with no issue.

What am I missing? Help?

Why even bother with he-aac when lc-aac is better quality?

I have figured that out. Never knew LC could be so good below 128kbps. Less noise, sounds great. Thank you for the advise.
