No m4b codec?

I've just had to reinstall dbPoweramp into a clean install of Windows 10. I have used dbPoweramp for many years, and my main use these days is to convert mp3 to m4b. I am extremely surprised and concerned to see that there is no option now to convert to m4b, and it is not mentioned in Codec Central. I've done a search on "m4b" in the forums and get no mentions. Please let me know what's going on and what I should do.
