How to add TXXX tags ?

How can I add custom TXXX text tags to mp3 files ? I need to add customized TXXX tags to the mp3 files I will sell online.

Like

LABEL=XXX
PUBLISHER=XXX
WEBSITE=XXX

Try setting these tag values, you can add any tag name you want if you type it.
