One Flac File, One Cue File - How To Get AccurateRip To Evaluate It

I have a few FLAC files that have been combined into one flac file with a CUE file to read and split it into individual tracks correctly. Whenever I try to check the "accuracy of the former rip" I always get the Accuraterip message "Cannot Check: Track Different Length Than CD Original", and I understand from a previous message ask, that it's because the divisibility factor isn't resolved correctly (. . . sector is 2,352 bytes, at 44.1KHz, 2 channel 16 bit, that is 2352 / 4 = 588 samples. If your track does not divide exactly by 588 samples then it is not matching the CD)

Is there anyway to overcome this to check it accurately?

    Thanks in advance.

No, you are missing part of the CD.

Like a "rounding error", for the split out into the individual files?
