WAV 24 to FLAC 24

I have some 24 bit WAV files (some 44.1 khz, some 96khz). I want to convert these to FLAC without downsampling. Is there anything special I need to do (any DSP effects to add) or is a simple WAV to FLAC conversion sufficient?

Just wave to flac, no DSP effects needed
