Not able to convert into mp3 format

Hi,

I am not able to convert any format of an audio into mp3 format and constantly getting error message.

I have attached the screenshot of the error message for reference.

Please help me to resolve this error.

Is your disk full like the error message suggests? Do you use any security software which might reject dBpa to write to the desktop?

In windows file explorer type at the top:

%tmp%

this is the drive where the temporary files are written, it should have more than 2GB free on this drive.
