Dbpower converter

I have been converting my AIFF / ALAC file to mp3, to save on a USB for my car

of late I get the conversion goes to 100% ++

It says converting file 8 of 5, where are these extra files coming from? does it convert 8 files?

I have no idea, this has happened to me for the 1st time ??
