Unable to rip CD using dbpoweramp music converter

I get this error message while trying to rip a CD.

Error whilst Converting

CODEC decompression error for 'D:\Track14.cda'
Unable to read CD, scratched disk?

Is my CD writer a goner? I got no problem ripping other CD but this one.

Try using the Audio CD Input program (see the drive listed in Options).
