Registered copy lost

Hi,

In a crash that cost a ton of data, I lost my registered copy of dMC and the Power Pack. Well, I think it was the Power Pack that I paid for, Anyhow, in another message users were advised to write to dbpoweramp@dbpoweramp.com to obtain a new link. I did and my message got bounced. Can you tell me how to obtain a new link? Thanks.
