Need Pentium to use OGG??

On the page for the OGG codec it says "will work on pentium 4 only"

Why is this?
It won't work on an Athlon XP2200?

Where is one I can use?

there are two versions. the second one is for p4 only. just download the first one. http://www.dbpoweramp.com/codec-central-ogg.htm

Oh whoops, I got it now. :o I thought the first one was a decode-only for some reason, didn't realize they both do both (enc/dec)
Another codec had seperate parts for the encode/decode which threw me off.
